We’re happy to have coordinated this event for our client @uncdf who hosted the Caribbean FinTech Sprint for Financial Inclusion within the recent weeks at the Trinidad and Tobago Financial Centre. The event brought many speakers and participants both regionally and internationally together in this one space to network and work toward improving methods for financial inclusion.
Although this footage is giving short and sweet there were countless flips and rearrangements required in just that one space.

You see, it’s no secret that we’re passionate about putting together a seamless event but of course, the logistics to do so require attention to detail, particularly when it's for an end-of-year event that welcomed 500+ attendees, live entertainment, food and partying. The aim was to create an event for staff to enjoy themselves and acknowledge/celebrate others through long service and other special awards.
The client made it clear that she wanted the team to have fun as well although we'd be working so we took a moment to shake off as well.

Putting together this baby shower for Dr. Shelly-Ann and Londrelle was surreal. How do you embody two beautiful souls in the layout and vibe of the event? When personal brands are strong and such a reflection of each other, you tap into exactly that for all your inspiration. It was also super helpful that Dr. Shelly-Ann was *very* clear on what she wanted.
We put the vendor team together, without them knowing who the clients were at first. Once they knew it was "ok ok ok!!! 🙌
