BASAHIN: Iniulat ni Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Atty. Hans Leo Cacdac ang mga parehas na quarantine protocol na ipatutupad para sa mga returning overseas Filipino workers (OFW) na magmumula sa green- at yellow-listed countries.

Para sa mga fully vaccinated OFW mula sa green o yellow-listed country, tatlong araw ang hotel quarantine at magkakaroon ng swab testing sa ikatlong araw.

Kung ang OFW ay mag-negatibo at mayroon ding negatibong PCR test result, puwede na siyang lumabas at magpatuloy na lamang ng kanyang quarantine sa kanyang tahanan.

Kung hindi naman fully vaccinated mula sa Hong Kong, kailangang sumailalim sa pitong araw na hotel quarantine at isasailalim sa swab test sa pampitong araw.

Samantala, ayon kay Cacdac, kung hindi kakayanin ng OFW ang kanyang swab testing abroad, umuwi na lamang at imbes na swab testing sa ikatlong araw ay sa ika-limang araw siya ite-test.

***SEC1.Land and Domestic Air/Sea Travel***

**All travelers entering Davao City by land and all arriving domestic travelers by sea and air shall no longer be required to present their 24-72hrs negative RT PCR test results.**

**No document shall be required for entry in Davao City, except for security checks that may be required for AFP/PNP Personnel, for the purposes of anti-crime , anti-illegal drugs and anti-terrorism operations.**

***SEC2.International Air Travel***

**All passengers by international air travel arriving in Davao City, including those international passengers arriving through connecting domestic flights, shall comply to the requirements and guidelines provided by the IATF**

**This will take effect from 12:01 of November 16, 2021 until January 15, 2022.**

Moanhi ka sa Dumaguete? EYES HERE! 👀

Dumaguete City has further relaxed its travel requirements for fully vaccinated individuals who wish to enter the city, after it adopted the guidelines in the provincial Executive Order 43-2021.

Here are the new requirements for entry into Dumaguete City:

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Vaccination card
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A photocopy of both to be given to border control authorities upon arrival for contact tracing purposes.
FOR UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A NON-REACTIVE or NEGATIVE ANTIGEN test result valid for 48 hours after release of the result
✅ A photocopy of both, in one page, to give to border control authorities for contact tracing purposes.

The city government also noted that the S-PASS is NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry.

FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS NOW ALLOWED TO ENTER CEBU CITY WITHOUT COVID-19 TEST

Fully vaccinated travelers are no longer required to present a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), antigen, or saliva test result when entering Cebu City.

In a directive issued on Monday, acting Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama lifted the COVID-19 test requirement.

Vaccinated individuals are now only asked to present a valid identification card and their vaccination card with a quick response (QR) code to be able to enter the city.

Unvaccinated and incompletely vaccinated individuals, however, are mandated to present a negative RT-PCR, antigen or saliva test result from a laboratory accredited by the Department of Health.

As of October 24, 2021, there are 344 active COVID-19 cases, 1,475 deaths and 39,148 recoveries recorded in the city.

•Bohol LGUs have been directed to hasten their submission of list of vaccinated individuals so the DOH masterlist may be updated. However, Boholanos vaccinated in Cebu or other localities outside of Bohol will have to wait for the vaccinating LGUs to update their list.
•Domestic travelers may falsely indicate that they are travelling internationally to proceed with the application on the pilot portal, which is currently only for international travelers.

Senior citizens 65 years old and above and children below 18 years old may now finally fly to different AirAsia Philippines destinations following an Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution placing the National Capital Region (NCR) under Alert Level 3 between 16 to 31 October 2021, allowing point to point interzonal travel.

From PIA Negros Oriental:

New travel advisory in Negros Oriental as per PIATF Resolution

People travelling to Negros Oriental no longer need to show an SPASS (Safe, Swift and Smart Passage). HOWEVER, negative RT-PCR test result valid for 72 hours if unvaccinated; and negative antigen valid for 48 hours with vax card if vaccinated are to be presented to enter the province.

Governor Roel Degamo to issue an executive order to this effect and will be implemented on October 23, 2021 to give ample time to all airlines, sea and land transport companies.

BREAKING: WALA NAY S-PASS.

Effective Oct. 23, 2021, travelers will no longer be required to show an S-PASS (Safe, Swift and Smart Passage) to enter Negros Oriental, an advisory from the Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force (PIATF) said tonight, Oct. 20.

However, negative test results are still required prior to entering the province.

Unvaccinated travelers are required to present a negative RT-PCR test result valid for 72 hours.

Fully vaccinated individuals, on the other hand, need to secure a negative antigen test result valid for 48 hours along with their vaccination cards.

Governor Roel Degamo is expected to release a new executive order (EO) on this development. Airlines, sea and land transport companies have three days to adjust to the new order.
