為推動桃園閩南文化永續發展，營造多元文化共存願景，「桃園閩南文化節」整合在地資源以活動形式帶領民眾發現並體驗桃園閩南文化。活動內容包含傳統藝閣製作與踩街、閩南文化自製劇演出、總舖師大賽、閩南文化學堂系列活動、閩南現代音樂劇演出、傳統民俗技藝表演、親子臺語劇、龍獅競賽、深度體驗營、攝影比賽等活動，透過多元創新的行銷宣傳，建立桃園閩南文化節品牌特色，引領桃園閩南文化新風潮。
