BACKGROUND
With our headquarters in Jinja Town at Main Street, Tangosport Uganda [TSU] provides superior sporting services for Management Systems and administration skills for sports institutions, serving mostly the domestic sectors though going international is our desired mileage. It has been using this name as a business name dealing in various sports activities i
n Uganda since June 2010 until recently that we fully attained our registration certificate from the registrar of companies. We aim at promoting sports as it is the only way we can have a better, informed, and knowledgeable generation equipped with sports basics and skills in both management and administration hence enabling the development of the sports entity in Uganda as a whole. TSU have come to understand that what has failed the sports fraternity in Uganda and Africa to fully hit its apex is simply because of the ignorance about management and administrative skills by the people involved thus resulting to in-house conflicts and chaos thus retarding the development of the sporting institutions. But now the effort to eradicate this depends on the willingness by those who can help to address it and the extent to which this has affected the sport then it can be effected by TSU. TSU brings a fresh and innovative approach to sporting services, acting as a bridge between the end-user and the sports lovers. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility, and greater value, thus optimizing system functionality and improving operation efficiency. Our associates are distinguished by their functional and technical expertise combined with their hands-on experience, thereby ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and professional services. As experts in different sports discipline and distribution, TSU is involved in every stage upon client selection of sports Management Systems and its implementation to completion by offering continual functional and technical support. Our extensive skills encompasses all aspects of implementation and operation, including sports business requirements definition, development of functional specifications for client approval, technical advice, and overseeing development of sports teams with fitting specific client needs. Typically, we are on-site at the customer’s location handling their contact, providing functional and technical training and support, and resolving any and all troubleshooting issues that arise when the client initiates a club in alive and new setting. Unlike other sports consulting and technical firms, at TSU we possess operations experience in a distribution customer center at different levels. Our associates are well versed in all aspects of multiple location particularly management and administration skills, from budgeting to productivity to establishing and maintaining sports business partnerships. We pride ourselves on our proven track record for effectively administering multiple implementations. This is due to effectively direct team members in the development of sports club modifications to ensure that all sports business requirements are met within budget restraints and time schedules. In addition, TSU has experience with large distribution of sports entities, having been responsible for the successful implementation of the following objectives below;

JINJA FOOTBALL CORPORATE LEAGUE
The league is organized by Baba FM 87.7. It is being played annually with Jinja corporate companies taking part in it with matches being played at Dams water resort in Jinja. Tangosport Uganda has played a vital role in coordinating the teams to make the league a success and has handled this satisfactorily since 2013. Tangosport Uganda has worked hand in hand with radio Baba 87.7 fm to make it a success. The league has always attracted companies in Eastern Uganda like: Baba fm, National Water and sewerage corporation, NBS fm, Crested cranes hotel, Salin constructors, Eskom Uganda ltd, Stanbic bank, Belviiew hotel, Nile resort Hotel, Bidco Uganda Ltd, Kakira Sugar Works Ltd, Uganda National Roads Authority, Operations and Maintenance Energy Ltd, Stanbic Bank, Advanced Tours and Travel, JSS, Makere University Business Scholl, Sunset Hotel, Nile Breweries among others. Organizing Sports Workshop
TSU has organized various sports workshops with our first one being FOOTBALL SKILLS and MANAGEMENT SEMINAR that took place at Bax Conference Hall in Jinja on 15th July 2012 and indeed it was successful as it saw us getting 71 participants taking part in to this course. Thanks to FUFA officials who facilitated into this seminar as it carried the value of letting people know the laws of the game. Since then we have never remained the same by organising multiple courses under the auspices of FUFA and that is Fufa Beginners Coaching Course, and Football Administration and Management Course,
1. Muzaya Memorial Cup;
It’s organized annually under the guidance of some local football governing body officials and its representatives in the region like Mr. Kimera Richard and Mr Lwere Sam, Madam Janet Makubuya among others games are played at St Mary’s Primary School Nsuube. The reigning champions are Super Bullets who won the trophy for keeps.
3. Transportation. We offer transport to our local sports fans that travel around East Africa to cheer on the respective national teams and clubs wherever they play.
4. MERCHANDISE:
We have also initiated a sports business at our Company head offices on Main street next to Ahimbisibwe. The business particularly deals in selling sports items with the aim of becoming the largest sports suppliers in Africa by 2025.
