The Pearl of Africa Tourism expo is an annual event in the African region organized by Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) that brings together travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers, destination managers and other service providers along the tourism value chain.it is a unique opportunity for the tourism business operators to meet new clients, network, market and discuss business. In its second year of
organization, the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo is one of the favorable exhibitions in the tourism industry aimed at raising the profile of destination Uganda both domestically and regionally. It is becoming an important platform for tourism networking and business transactions. The exhibition ends at showcasing Uganda as a pristine tourism destination to top notch international trade. It is a key pillar of the board’s marketing strategies aimed at increasing the tourist arrival numbers and tourist revenue receipts in line with vision 2040. WHAT THE EXPO HAS TO OFFER

Exhibitors: To register to exhibit at the Pearl of Africa Expo, download the registration form, fill it, sign, scan and send back to the email indicated on the form. An invoice will be e-mailed to you once we receive the signed form. You can also download the floor plan for the exhibition grounds to suggest your desired booth number, however, space will be allocated based on availability and on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Entrance for the general public during the expo is free. HOSTED BUYERS
A list of confirmed hosted buyers so far has been compiled. These are notified to choose and get ready for either of the two different fam trips preceding the tourism expo. One group shall be taken to South Western Uganda for Gorilla and Chimp tracking while the second group shall go to Northern Uganda for the famous Murchison Falls and Game drive in Kidepo Valley National Park.
