Directions
1. In a pan, put water, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt, bring to boil
2. Add in Irish, let simmer for 10 minutes, drain aside
3. In another pan, heat cooking oil, fry in Irish until crispy and ready, and serve

Here is a recipe for preparing bbq meatball sauce. 😋😋😋
INGREDIENTS
-Onion
-1 red tomato
1tbs of curry powder
1tbsof dhana Jeera powder
1tbs of light soy sauce
1tbs of Worcestershire sauce
-½ kg beef mince mixed with salted and rolled with meatballs
-oil -3tbs
-1tbs of salted butter
-1tbs of oatmeal
- ½ cup of pureed tomatoes
-1tbs of BBQ sauce
- ½ tbs of salt
-1 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
-In a pan, fry meatballs in oil until golden brown
-Remove and set aside
-In another pan, melt butter
-Add onions, fry for 2 minutes, then add oatmeal
-Add BBQ sauce and tomato puree
-Add all spices and salt
-Add in soy sauce, water and meatballs
-Add Worcestershire sauce, leave to boil until thick, and serve
