The Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs ( )stands on 3 pillars; CONNECT, ENGAGE, GROW.

This week we were thrilled to witness so many young entrepreneurs and creatives in one room listening, learning and networking. Nothing can stand in the way of a dreamer..

Our panelists and keynote speakers shared the most and for that we are grateful.

Jesus Is Risen!

Matthew 28:1-7

1• Now after the Sabbath, near dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.

2• And a great earthquake had occurred, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled away the stone [from the opening of the tomb], and sat on it.

3• The angel’s appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were as white as snow.

4• The guards shook, paralyzed with fear [at the sight] of him and became like dead men [pale and immobile].

5• But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified.

6• He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said [He would]. Come! See the place where He was lying.

7• Then go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going ahead of you into Galilee [as He promised]. There you will see Him; behold, I have told you.”

We were humbled to have been one of the top events planners and managers of the recently concluded Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs Summit that happened at The Kampala Serena on 14th July.

We were graced with the presence of the Deputy Speaker and the Hon.

Different startups won awards and the young entrepreneurs were greatly inspired.

- We need affordable capital to start a business.
- We need to deliberate policies to help people become entrepreneurs.
- If you think you can only earn by waking up and working. Then your finished. You must strive to earn even in your sleep
- Ugandans have a problem of not delivering but duplicating other peoples business and doing it badly.
- Never spend more than you earn.

Dennis Aguma, Director -
- Culture plays a huge role in entrepreneurship.
- If you’re doing something that your neighbour is doing, you are not being entrepreneurial.
- Innovation is the most fundamental thing to do.
- To be an entrepreneur you need to follow your gut.
- Technology is an enabler.

- Create multiple sources of income.
- Spend money on necessities.
