Ushering is faced with constantly changing client tastes and preferences.
Each event has always provided us with new opportunities to learn new strategies and skills.
There are always challenging and breaking moments but we always pick ourselves up and move on.
The industry is really tough and toxic, that if your not brave enough, u run. Working with Splendour ushers has greatly improved my capabilities dealing with people, my emotion integrity mostly when u get negative vibes from clients and I am really grateful for the experience

At the beginning of the year, the gals lost 😞 a very close person a sister and yet to become a member of the team. Her favorite song as the year unfolded was by yoola. Taking this picture with them was to honor our dear sister
