Frank Smiley has been shucking oysters with us at Park Avenue Oyster Bar for the past 8 months, and he recently earned his Level One Oyster Ambassador certification from the Oyster Master Guild, adding to his level of expertise in all things oysters. We are so lucky to have him on our team!

• Fun fact: He used to be a pro wrestling referee!
