We are looking for several dedicated and personable baristas to join our mobile coffee cart team, on an as needed basis. If you have a passion for coffee, a genuine love for people, and a strong desire to build a sense of community, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Coffee Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and care.
Customer Engagement: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, greet and engage with customers in a friendly and personable manner, and encourage a sense of community.
Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure all patrons have a positive and memorable experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain freshness to meet customer demand.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of coffee-making equipment and the mobile coffee cart.
Qualifications:
