Hey friends!!! I know it's been a while since we posted, but we have exciting news! In July of 2023 we had a change of ownership. We sold to my sweet niece, Jessica Moore who had been working side by side with us for about four and a half years. She's an incredibly gifted gal and will definitely take this business places.
I (Debbie) am still "on board" helping out in the kitchen. It's been a year since the transition and it has been so smooth!! Please join me in congratulating Jess. Check out her page Jacopetti's Catering LLC.

Hello Friends! Are you ready for some Take and Bake meals?? We have an awesome opportunity to raise funds for a group of very special young people. Some of the youth from our church have recently competed in The Amplify Fine Arts Festival in Albany. Guess what??? They earned an opportunity to perform at the national level in August in three categories (Small Worship Team, Female Vocal Solo, and Classical Piano Solo). We are beyond proud of these young people!! We would like to raise some funds to help them with airfare, food and lodging on their trip. So, we have decided to do a special round of "take and bake" Lasagna meals for ya'll. Here are the details......

Large...........................$30.00 Feeds 8-10
Small............................$20.00 Feeds 4-5

Orders must be place via facebook messenger by Friday July 1st. We will prep the orders the following week and have them ready to pick up at our kitchen (910 SE Queen St, Albany) on your choice of Thursday 7/7 or Friday 7/8 between the hours of 11am and 2pm.
Just pull around to the back of our building and we'll meet you there with your order (drive thru style!). We accept cash, check, and Venmo.

Hello friends!
There will not be a take and bake meal for this next week.
My sweet Momma went to Heaven a few days ago and I'll need next week to take care of all the final arrangements and such. I'll be spending precious time with family and remembering my Momma.

9/11, what a day to remember. We each probably remember vividly what we were doing when we first heard the news. I pray we have not taken our freedoms for granted. So many have paid the ultimate price to make sure we are free. Then there are our first responders who lay their lives on the line for us daily. Let's let gratefulness abound and love our neighbors. May God grant us unity during tumultuous times.
Speaking of gratefulness, we are so grateful for you in our lives. You have stood behind our sweet business and have supported local. Thank you, friends. You are appreciated.

Oh my goodness, we have missed your smiling faces!! We are ready to resume our "take and bake" schedule. We will attempt to offer them as often as we can fit them into our schedule. Thank you for your patience while we took a few weeks off!
The nights are getting cooler and we are ready to usher in the fall season. Here's this week's "down home comfort meal".

Hello Friends! We hope your summer is going well. We are in the midst of a busy wedding season! Yay for Marriage!!! We have made a decision to postpone Friday Meals until September. With the upcoming scorching heat teamed with a busy schedule we thought it best to take care of ourselves and not push too hard.
We hope you understand. We love cooking for you, but the heat is making it very difficult in our kitchen. Have a blessed week. Be sure to call us if you need a catered order. We'll be working!!
And by all means, stay cool and be sure to check on your neighbors and the elderly during the heat wave.

Hello Lovelies!!! We will not be making Friday meals this week as our schedule is quite crazy!!....finally! We are catering some corporate clients, a golf tournament and a large wedding so our ovens and fridges will be full!! Thank you for supporting us. We will be back with more meals soon. This is a delicious, creamy pasta dish with veggis added (zucchini, bell peppers, fresh spinach, and shred carrots). You may add shredded chicken to amp up the protein if you like.
