Hey friends!!! I know it's been a while since we posted, but we have exciting news! In July of 2023 we had a change of ownership. We sold to my sweet niece, Jessica Moore who had been working side by side with us for about four and a half years. She's an incredibly gifted gal and will definitely take this business places.
I (Debbie) am still "on board" helping out in the kitchen. It's been a year since the transition and it has been so smooth!! Please join me in congratulating Jess. Check out her page Jacopetti's Catering LLC.

Hello Friends! Are you ready for some Take and Bake meals?? We have an awesome opportunity to raise funds for a group of very special young people. Some of the youth from our church have recently competed in The Amplify Fine Arts Festival in Albany. Guess what??? They earned an opportunity to perform at the national level in August in three categories (Small Worship Team, Female Vocal Solo, and Classical Piano Solo). We are beyond proud of these young people!! We would like to raise some funds to help them with airfare, food and lodging on their trip. So, we have decided to do a special round of "take and bake" Lasagna meals for ya'll. Here are the details......

Orders must be place via facebook messenger by Friday July 1st. We will prep the orders the following week and have them ready to pick up at our kitchen (910 SE Queen St, Albany) on your choice of Thursday 7/7 or Friday 7/8 between the hours of 11am and 2pm.
Just pull around to the back of our building and we'll meet you there with your order (drive thru style!). We accept cash, check, and Venmo.

My sweet Momma went to Heaven a few days ago and I'll need next week to take care of all the final arrangements and such. I'll be spending precious time with family and remembering my Momma.

9/11, what a day to remember. We each probably remember vividly what we were doing when we first heard the news. I pray we have not taken our freedoms for granted. So many have paid the ultimate price to make sure we are free. Then there are our first responders who lay their lives on the line for us daily. Let's let gratefulness abound and love our neighbors. May God grant us unity during tumultuous times.
Speaking of gratefulness, we are so grateful for you in our lives. You have stood behind our sweet business and have supported local. Thank you, friends. You are appreciated.

Hello Friends! We hope your summer is going well. We are in the midst of a busy wedding season! Yay for Marriage!!! We have made a decision to postpone Friday Meals until September. With the upcoming scorching heat teamed with a busy schedule we thought it best to take care of ourselves and not push too hard.
We hope you understand. We love cooking for you, but the heat is making it very difficult in our kitchen. Have a blessed week. Be sure to call us if you need a catered order. We'll be working!!
And by all means, stay cool and be sure to check on your neighbors and the elderly during the heat wave.

Hello Lovelies!!! We will not be making Friday meals this week as our schedule is quite crazy!!....finally! Hello Friends!! We are busy in the kitchen this week making meals to support the Cumberland Community Center and feeding the Crew and Band members at the Linn County Fair. It's gonna be a crazy week, but we LOVE it!!
There will not be a Friday meal service this week due to our busy schedule. We are looking forward to feeding you again the following week. Keep and eye on our posts to see what we will be offering. Happy Independence Day!!! What a wonderful, blessed country we live in. Let's celebrate the freedoms that were bought and paid with the lives of our fore fathers. They say it takes a village to raise a child. I think it takes all of us to preserve this "nation under God".
Let's continue to fight for what's right and honor one another in all things.

Whoo Hoo!!! It's HOT outside! It's gonna be a warm week ahead as well. We are wondering if we can help with your 4th of July weekend meals. Jess and I are going to brave the heat and cook up a big batch of BBQ Pulled Pork and some refreshing Black Bean and Corn Salad for you to enjoy. The Pork will include extra BBQ Sauce and buns. If you haven't tried our Black Bean and Corn salad, you are in for a real treat!! Some folks refer to it as Cowboy Caviar. It is delicious served with tortilla chips!!! We will only have a limited amount to sell, so be sure to order quickly. Order cut off will be Wednesday at noon (unless we run out before then).

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

There will not be a friday meal this week. Our week is fairly busy with corporate jobs and a wedding. We will, however have a meal the next week just in time for the Fourth of July!

Hello Friends!! What a lovely few days we've had. The sunshine just makes everything a little brighter! We will not be offering meals this coming week as we have been contracted to provide meals for the Albany Boys and Girls Club Virtual Auction. We have worked with ABGC for many years and we love what they do for the youth and families of our community. They are an awesome group of individuals with a heart for the next generation as well as today's families. Be sure to hop on their virtual auction and support the cause.
The following week we will plan to celebrate "Cinco De Mayo" a little early. Be sure to check out our special!!!

Hello Friends! The response to our Swedish meatballs was amazing! We actually hand rolled approximately 2200 meatballs....whew! That was crazy! We love that you enjoy our homestyle recipes. This week we would like to offer the following meal for your dining enjoyment:

Happy Easter!!! We are so excited for what this day represents. We have a future and hope because of Christ's resurrection. AND....spring is here! I know it starts in March, but Easter just feels like Spring to me.
We are back in the kitchen this week and ready to serve you. Here's our weekly special...and a very requested one at that!

Homemade Swedish Meatballs with Cream Sauce and Pasta
Large is $35 and feeds 6 to 8 people
Small is $20 and feeds 2 to 4 people

We will be hand rolling these meatballs so be sure to get your order in as soon as you can. Place orders via Messenger or email only please. Order cutoff is Wednesday at noon and we will likely not have extras for late orders. Pick up will be 11-2 on Friday the 9th.

What a glorious day--the sun is shining and it actually feels like Spring! I hope there are sunny days ahead for the Easter Egg hunts....oh my gosh, can you believe it's almost Easter??!! Yes!! We are excited!! We have decided to take a break this week from the "Friday, funday, meal service". Ron and I will be getting out of town for a few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary--we've been blessed with 39 years together! So, no meal for this coming Friday, but keep on the look out for our next meal offering for the following week. We are so thankful for you and your continued support.
