With the upcoming storefront in Aledo coming Fall 2021 I’ve made the decision to rebrand the meal prep business with my other business Joe Lane Catering.
The catering company will be what handles private chef in home experiences, all scales of catering, Holiday meals and of course meal prep.
Bistro Box will be our business that focuses on Artisan Sandwiches and salads for delivery, dine in and drive through with more to come as well when the store opens 👍🏻
