John Deere Christmas party for employees this evening at the Golf Course. Ribeye steaks with mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, savory baked beans, parmesan creamed corn, dinner rolls, and the ever popular chocolate lasagna for dessert. A very nice group! It was definitely our pleasure to be able to serve you. (Picture shows ribeye steaks before grilling)

We served a great Christmas dinner to three Flack Avenue businesses this evening -Alliance Tractor, Todd's Body and Repair Shop, and Heartland Real Estate. Didn't get any pictures this time, but they enjoyed prime rib, cheesy scalloped potatoes, parmesan creamed corn, deluxe lettuce salad, dinner rolls, and our ever favorite chocolate lasagna for dessert. Thanks Flack Avenue businesses for giving us the opportunity to serve your Christmas party dinner.

It was back to WNCC this evening for "Breakfast for Dinner ". Student Council treated all students, faculty, and staff to a yummy meal before finals begin next week. We really enjoy serving them as they truly appreciate meals that are cooked from the heart. Thanks WNCC!!

Cooked turkey for the Turek family for Thanksgiving - 50 pounds of finished product. When you figure you only get 37-38% meat from the total pounds of turkey, that makes for a lot of turkey to cook in order to get 50 pounds of finished product! Yummy!

We had the opportunity to cater the wedding reception of Haley Murphy and Sawyer Orr at Fort Robinson this past weekend. What a beautiful reception!
