Figgy Mintz Creations From the age of 10 after her first baking class at MJC Monica has demonstrated a passion for baking. She was liked very much by the instructor.

Many years ago a young impressionable girl at the young age of 10 had her first cake decorating class at MJC. She enjoyed the class and helped other students with the assignment. Little did that instructor know this would be the start of her
students long journey. Monica is a dedicated and passionate person when it comes to creating at the CIA Greystone. She had the opportunity to extern in Pebble

Beach at Spanish Bay Inn / Roy's and Peppoli. There she participated in the ATT annual golf event , Food and Wine event. And had a great time golfing with her father for his birthday. It has been a non stop adventure. In her second year she is focusing on baking and cake creation. Look for Monica in the future , you may see her at your next special dining experience.
