The set up for the Lunar New Yer celebration in Johns Creek is almost complete. Come out tomorrow, Saturday, February 10 , for the festivities. It will be a lot of fun. It will be held in the field across the street from Atlanta Athletic Club.

One of our events this weekend, the Roswell Beer Fest. We supplied the VIP TENT and all of the tables, chairs , and electrical power. The event supplies their own pop up tents. Even through the storms that came through last evening with 50 mph winds, our tents were unscathed. This is always a fun event. We look forward to it every year.

We love BrewMoon in Alpharetta. It is one our favorite jobs. There was a huge crowd tonight. And we had the roads cleared in less than an hour after the band finished. We have such a great crew !!!

Help needed in the office to answer phones, create estimates and invoices for clients. Basic computer and email are required.
The position includes helping customers choose the items needed for their event.
Pulling items together for customer pick-ups and delivery.
9-5 Mon-Fri. Some Saturdays may be needed.

The Roswell Beer Fest was cancelled due to Covid for the past two years. We always look forward to this event and we’re REALLY excited for its return this year. As always, it drew a huge crowd. This is picture of the VIP Tent.

What a big week. We set up for the The Atlanta Fashion and Polo Classic. We set up 15 10x10’s, 21 20x20’s, 3 30x30’s, a 40x 80 tent, 4000 square feet of our new tent flooring, generators, around 250 tables with linens, and 1000 chairs. AND we set up all 52 of our new leather sofas with coffee tables. I can’t say how much I appreciate all of our delivery and set up guys and girl. They did an absolutely amazing job with this event and haven’t had a day off in about 3 weeks. While working in the rain, other days of bright sun and heat, and long hours, they are all still laughing and show up to work on time everyday. I am truly fortunate to have all of them working for me. A BIG THANK YOU to Carla and her boys.

This is a week late, but better late than never, right? BrewMoon returned to Alpharetta last week and it was obvious that everyone was excited to see it. Despite the space shrinking considerably no one seemed to mind. We still set up about 60 tables for reserved seating along with tents for check in, tickets, beer sales, etc. This is always a fun event.

Crabapple Fest was a HUGE event yesterday. This was the largest number of tents we have ever set up in one day at 108. Yes, that’s ONE HUNRED EIGHT IN ONE DAY!!! We are very fortunate to have a bunch of dedicated employees at both of our stores, It’s My Party Rentals in Alpharetta and The Bash Party Rentals in Tucker, who worked very hard to set up this job on Friday and break it all down on Saturday night. We may not be the largest rental company in town, but we are surely growing. Thank you Courtney Spriggs and Anita Jupin and the City Of Milton for trusting us with this event. We are already excited about next year.

Last week we got in our tents. Today, we got in 5000 square feet of flooring for our tents. Next we have 50 new white leather sofas coming in by the end of the month.

The Barn At Lynch Creek is a really pretty rustic venue in Demorest, Ga. It has a very pretty ceremony site overlooking the lake.

Event venues all over Atlanta are awakening. This is the 173 Carlyle House in historic downtown Norcross. This is a very popular venue that we have been very fortunate to work with for 20 years. Soooo glad to see things STARTING to return to normal.
