Mixed media floral preservation!✨🪄

I get asked by the majority of our clients if we do preservation or recommend someone who does. It’s been something I have been hesitant to offer because of just how time consuming it can be! I also wanted to do something a little different that would align with our signature style.🌸🦄💜

I am still in the pilot stage, gauging interest on some of our new ideas!💡We would frame these in a beautiful frame and most likely use a colorful mat.

Would anyone think it was cool to have their wedding flowers transformed in this style? 🎨 A more abstract representation with all of the love energy of the day?

Erin & Chris had a gorgeous June wedding !✨🌸

Ceremony💌: Custom asymmetrical pillars with lots of pinks, oranges and corals (reused to frame sweetheart table!).

Centerpieces 🍽️: Beer growlers and bud vases filled with whimsical, colorful flowers.

We hit peony season just right for this one and used as many as we could get our hands on! (All NY grown!)💕

🌸We Are Hiring: Part Time Paid Internship🌸

We are looking for a studio assistant May-September!🌺
The position will be 5-15 hours a week based on our event schedule. $15 per hour!

Responsibilities Include:
✨Flower Prep
✨Cleaning & organizing
✨Gardening tasks
✨Flower errands
✨Event delivery and breakdown
✨Floral design (with training)

This position reports to our studio in Altamont NY. Applicant must have some weekend availability (not every weekend) and have a valid driver license.

Our Family: "It must be nice running though fields of flowers all day!"

✨As the year comes to a close we have been taking time for gratitude & reflection. Like always, it is a tricky thing to find the balance. Allowing ourselves to feel proud of our accomplishments while simultaneously dreaming up what's next!✨

Luckily we are a very balanced duo!🧚‍♂️🧚‍♀️ We have been spending a lot of time brainstorming and laughing about future ideas and ways to scale the business.🌼

We had an amazing freelance team this year that we will be looking to expand in '22 (Florist & Farm help).🪄 💕 It's only a few hours a week but a great way to get paid for some time in nature!🌄
