Here's a clean 2011 Fender Custom Merle Haggard Tribute "Tuff-Dog" Telecaster.
She's in near mint condition with not much playwear.
The top and sides are really clean - no funky odors or repairs.
The frets are in excellent shape and she has a fresh detailing, with recent set up and adjustment.
The Fender Custom Shop has been building dream guitars for the cream of the guitar crop for nearly 20 years. From faithful reproductions of classic axes of the past to fully tweaked customs built to an individual's personal specifications, few instruments command the level of respect afforded Fender Custom Shop models. A select few instruments are handbuilt by the Master Luthiers, the same luthiers that build custom instruments for the likes of Eric Clapton, Kieth Richards, and Merle Haggard. This is the Fender Custom Shop Merle Haggard Signature Telecaster.
Fender's Merle Haggard Signature Telecaster guitar - a modified Telecaster Thinline - pays tribute to the original Stranger with a laminated figured maple top, a maple set-neck with deep-carved heel, Ivoroid pickguard and binding, gold hardware, abalone "Tuff-Dog Tele" headstock inlay, Texas Special Telecaster pickups and custom four-way switching.
