This is a pistachio strawberry tart. It has candied pistachio folded into pastry cream topped with strawberries! And garnished with gold leaf and candied whole pistachio. We served a 6 course private wine dinner.

The spicy cheese flower! The color is pimento and it’s cave aged in Spain. I made the flower out of a different cheese on a cheese wheel. Book your catering events!
