Happy ! 🎉 Today we celebrate our little gem, Spooky, who's turning 3! 🎂 Just before Halloween 2021, a tiny black kitten appeared at the farm, and we couldn't resist naming her Spooky! 🖤🐾 She's fills our days with purrs, playtime, and tons of love while keeping an eye on the nursery. 🐱✨

Whether you're seeking a unique addition to your landscape or dreaming of cultivating your own tea farm, these seeds are the perfect starting point. ☀️💚

Choose from quantities of 10, 25, 50, or 100 (more available upon request). Our seeds are sourced from our resilient Georgian variety, which have been naturalized to a more temperate climate and have been sorted with the time tested "float or sink" method. Plus, they boast an impressive 95-98% germination rate!

Introducing our new tea, Thé Vert, a green tea for your health. 🍵✨

The Qing Dynasty regarded Long Jing as the most prestigious of Chinese green teas, giving it the status of "Imperial Tea." Grown, harvested and processed to exacting standards.

Centuries later, our tea farm adheres to those same standards to bring you a tea like theirs. Maybe better.

First, like them, we begin by roasting the freshly plucked tea leaves. This heat is what unlocks flavor profiles like roasted nuts and releases aromas reminiscent of fresh-cut hay. This process is also what helps define the tea liquor, which will range in color from clear to green.

Amazingly, long after the Qing Dynasty, we still celebrate the many benefits we've all come to know about green tea and why it was deemed their "Imperial Tea." Why not treat yourself like dynasty? Enjoy! 😁
