Dear Clients,

If you are booking a reservation with us and you happen to have a party member with a disability or medical condition (handicap or otherwise), you must let us know within the Special Request. Note that our drivers are not allowed to lay a hand on handicapped clients for safety and liability reasons or person with said disability does not want the drivers to assist them either. The assistance/responsibility is left upon the client/party that book the reservation.

There have been recent incidents where some of out past clients failed to notify us where one of the party members had a condition and would be arriving in a wheelchair. If your party member's condition is serious or critical, please look for a 3rd party service that offers wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Another incident is where a client with medical needs, (also failed to notify us) who had a medical machine hooked to their upper abdomen, refused to buckle their seat belt. Please note, due to traffic and safety laws that refusing to wear a seat belt is strictly prohibited and we have the right to refuse/cancel our service if you do not comply. Again we recommend looking for a 3rd party service that provides medical/wheelchair accessible vehicles. Thank you.

When reservations are closed, sometimes customers ask to introduce other company or driver.
However, we do not introduce other companies or drivers.
Not because it is a competitor in the same industry.
If something bad happens, we have an experience of shifting the responsibility to us, so we don't do it anymore. .
Especially after the pandemic, we see many limousine companies and drivers revoking their licenses and driving illegally due to factors such as car insurance or cost increases.
In this case, the customer is not protected in the event of an accident.

To prevent misunderstandings from some customers, we are posting this article respectfully.
The grocery store or IN-N-OUT BURGER stop for 30 minutes free of charge on the way from the airport to the hotel is the first service I provided in disneyland area for the convenience of guests traveling with small children.
Please note that this service is not included in the rate and is not mandatory.
If the flight is delayed or it interferes with the next schedule, we ask for your understanding and we will not stop.
I am traning drivers to stop if possible for milk, water for small children even for 10-15 minutes.
But in most cases it stops.
Our customers are very polite, so they cooperate a lot and take care of us.
We hope that there is no misunderstanding, and we sincerely thank our customers once again.

Dear Our Valued clients -
70% of LIMO companies have closed in California alone after the Pandemic. Due to inflation, we inevitably raised the rate. We ask for your understanding that we have decided to increase the rate due to the increase in commercial insurance by nearly 200%, the minimum wage of employees, utility bills, and the increase in all business expenses. We will do our best for your safety with better service.

In addition, to customers who use Disneyland ride service, We will provide complimentary 30 min grocery stop or INN-N-Out / Fast food restaurant stop en route to hotel.
