Dear Clients,
If you are booking a reservation with us and you happen to have a party member with a disability or medical condition (handicap or otherwise), you must let us know within the Special Request. Note that our drivers are not allowed to lay a hand on handicapped clients for safety and liability reasons or person with said disability does not want the drivers to assist them either. The assistance/responsibility is left upon the client/party that book the reservation.
There have been recent incidents where some of out past clients failed to notify us where one of the party members had a condition and would be arriving in a wheelchair. If your party member's condition is serious or critical, please look for a 3rd party service that offers wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Another incident is where a client with medical needs, (also failed to notify us) who had a medical machine hooked to their upper abdomen, refused to buckle their seat belt. Please note, due to traffic and safety laws that refusing to wear a seat belt is strictly prohibited and we have the right to refuse/cancel our service if you do not comply. Again we recommend looking for a 3rd party service that provides medical/wheelchair accessible vehicles. Thank you.
