The 🦞 crawfish are ahead of schedule and we are getting close to opening up the Boil House for dine-in. The cooler weather headed our way over the next two weeks is exactly what we need to get the quality and quantity where we want it to be. We will keep yall updated each week as our fields progress.

We will be closed all week so no live sales or boiled crawfish will be available.

We recently kicked off 🦞 crawfish season at our Boil House Restaurant and are wrapping up the expansion of our facility during the off-season.

We are excited to continue offering our restaurant for private event bookings.

We are receiving an increasing number of inquiries about our onsite and delivery catering services. I want to highlight that we provide fixed price quoting year-round, unaffected by market fluctuations. Our two fully equipped onsite catering trailers can boil, 1,000 pounds of crawfish per hour, ensuring a quality and efficient experience.

We offer an opportunity for anyone to earn 5% cash back for helping us secure catering jobs.
This cash back is calculated as 5% of the total catering amount, meaning the more we cater, the more you earn.

Boiled Crawfish are $8.99lb and they are graded big mediums with some large mixed in. The full menu is available and attached in the pictures below. We will keep yall updated on the catch throughout the rest of the week. See yall Saturday!

🔥Really awesome video of some of todays🦞 catch with a female crawfish and her fully developed babies still hanging on the bottom of her tail. Did you know that one female crawfish can produce up to 1600 babies each season 🤤🤤 Check out the quality we have coming out of our fields. You cant find crawfish like this anywhere else in the world right now except right here in Anahuac Texas.

Update on the new field we started building back in August. The field is complete, the rice is growing great and 30" tall throughout the field. We have about 12" of water on the field and tomorrow we plan to test the crawfish population (census) throughout the field.

SATURDAY'S the DAY!! Live auction items include a Bayou Classic Fish Fryer, a Gator Hunt from W.S. Edwards family, a Sleeping Beauty turquoise pendant, Art work by local artist, V.J. Schmitt, a print of the 1939 Boyt Cattle Drive down the beach of the Bolivar peninsula from original painting by Vickie McMillan Hayes. Vickie painted the Bryan Museum mural of the 1900 Galveston Storm. We look forward to seeing you!!

💥Here we go💥 Menu and 🦞 pricing are set for opening day November 8th. Full menu available.

Current weather trends indicate a nice🌬❄️ cool front to push in mid week which will decrease our catch, slightly impacting supply. We will address hours of operation mid next week, adjusting for demand.

Crawfish 🦞 will be graded, big mediums with some large in size, having tender, easy to peel shells, fat and juicy tail meat. Comparable to crawfish you normally see in early March. Of course they will be packed with that flavor and spice you've come to know us for!

🔥We have developed and perfected a completely new and absolutely insane blend of spice that will require signing a waiver releasing us of all liability for purchasing this product. We STRONGLY advise you to wear gloves and eye protection during consumption.
Note: All e###xtra spice levels will be sold with a 3lb minimum🔥 See pricing & information below.

As always, we welcome outside food for those who prefer something different.

We have spent the last three months improving every aspect of our operation enhancing the most unique crawfish dining experience in Texas, for you! We are excited and blessed to continue sharing our farm and delicious crawfish with you and your family this season.
