Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our Ribbon Cutting and Open House yesterday!! The turnout was even better than we ever expected! We enjoyed visiting with family, old friends, and new friends.
A special thank you to Whippoorwill Cottage Catering, the food was excellent as usual, The Daylily Cottage for the beautiful floral arrangements, they were perfect and And Opp Chamber of Commerce for helping promote and arrange this event! A big thank you to Grit + Grind Coffee Opp and Lollilu’s Lemonade & More for being a part of our special day. We appreciate all of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing in this dream with us ❤️

We are hosting another beginner sewing class next Tuesday night at 6:00 pm!

We are opening this class up to our waitlist first (we’ll tag everyone in the comments).

Beginner Sewing Class Details:

Rachel Norman with Burnt Corn Bibs will teach basic sewing terms, notions, how to use a sewing machine and basic stitches. This class is perfect for someone with no or very little sewing experience. We will offer some intermediate classes in the future.

Date: Tuesday, June 18th
Time: 6:00
Cost: $15/person

The fee will cover 2 hours of teaching, all of the supplies needed for the class, and light refreshements. You only need to bring a sewing machine if you have one. We do have a few extra machines for those that don't own one.

Class will be limited to 5 students

Please let us know when signing up:
1. How you would like to pay (Venmo, PayPal, cash or check)
2. If you will be bringing a sewing machine

***Fee must be paid by Friday, June 14th to hold your spot. All fees are non-refundable (unless we are able to fill your spot).

Thank you to Rachel Norman with Burnt Corn Bibs for teaching 2 Beginner Sewing classes for us. We learned about the sewing machine and how to sew a straight seam! Rachel also explained how to use a pattern and showed us the sewing notions we needed. She finished the class by actually making a pair of shorts so we could see the sewing process from start to finish!
We can’t wait for her to come back and teach more classes for us!

We were so excited to have Mrs. Jane with Jane Anne Designs teaching a Beginners Hand Embroidery class at Branch & Bloom. The class was very informative and so much fun!! We can’t wait to have her back to teach more classes for us in the future!

We hosted our first event last weekend! 🎉

As you can see, it’s the perfect location for birthday parties! The house has a huge yard at the end of a dirt road, so kids can get outside and play safely! We even have a playroom!

We are planning an open house soon! Stay tuned for more details!

Side note: Round tables, white folding chairs, and all rectangle tables pictured are included in the rental.

Kids tables, chairs, linens, bounce house, and princess dress up station can be rented for an additional charge

Beginner Sewing Class Sign Up!

Rachel Norman with Burnt Corn Bibs is going to be teaching a beginner sewing class at Branch & Bloom!

Time: 10:00 am or 6:00 pm (depending on interest)
Cost: $15/person

The fee will cover 2 hours of teaching, all of the supplies needed for the class, and light refreshements. You only need to bring a sewing machine if you have one. We do have a few extra machines for those that don't own one.

Class will be limited to 6 students

Rachel is open to teaching both a morning and night class. It will depend on if we have enough interest for both.
