We’re thrilled to welcome to . Susan is a passionate granola entrepreneur who uses the healthiest of ingredients in her products and operates her business out of our shared commercial kitchen. 🌾🌾🌾
‘I use the best ingredients I can find to make a product that makes my body, mind and spirit sing. All ingredients are certified organic, as local as possible, and grown, gathered or crafted by people who are excited about making connections with the people who purchase their products. Creating flavors and varieties of granola is a creative, intuitive process that I love, and sharing the results is a joy.’ ~Susan Weseen
Today our grocery, restaurant & wine bar are open 10am to 4pm, serving lunch until 3pm. 🌻

Delaware County’s First Shared Commercial Kitchen+
Delaware County FoodWorks+ is a biodynamic business model for budding or existing food enterprises consisting of AgriForaging Food Safety, FoodWorks+ Shared Commercial Kitchen and Catskills Regional Harvest.
AgriForaging Food Safety was founded in 2011 with a mission to bridge the gap between agriculture and a better tomorrow by evolving the course of entrepreneurship through food safety & compliance.
FoodWorks+ Shared Commercial Kitchen (founded in 2018) provides specialized training services and commercial kitchen infrastructure to entrepreneurs in our Catskills food community; helping bring new ideas, business & food innovation to market.
Catskills Regional Harvest & Butcher Shop (founded in 2017) is a farm marketplace, butcher, cheese & seafood shop + gift store in the heart of the Catskills driven by the support of over 188 local & regional farmers, producers, artisans, our shared commercial kitchen members and AgriPreneur students.
The AgriPreneur Project is a one of a kind full immersion entrepreneurial collaborative effort located at Delaware County FoodWorks+ focused on diversifying the agriculture market by helping our Catskills producers develop solid foundational business models and better connect with the increased interest in locally produced foods. This program is funded by The Chobani Community Impact Fund at the Community Foundation for South Central New York in 2019. We currently have 11 entrepreneurs taking the 2019-2020 inaugural class.
In addition to our shared commercial kitchen FoodWorks+ offers through its regional partners and AgriForaging Food Safety, a program of courses such as food safety & good manufacturing practices, business planning, marketing, butchery, cooking techniques, food regulations and compliance including general technical food and agricultural related assistance.
Our intimate event space is offered for daily rental to our local & nation-wide community, organizations, chefs and caterers who wish to host pop-up dinners and private events.
