As exhausting as this time of year is for most of us in this small business world, it's also the most rewarding. We continue to be so honored that hundreds of you are trusting us to help make your Thanksgiving one to remember.

We've had quite a few local business owners and community members ordering Thanksgiving meals this year for their employers & to give back to families in need. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a few of them as I think it's a great reminder of how beautiful this Holiday season is.

Nick Porter & team at are providing turkeys & sides for ALL of their employees (last year and this year!). They've been big supporters of West Forty since we opened and continuously support local in many ways.

Laura & Trent Murphy with 's and Enterprizes are donating 10 Thanksgiving Feast meals to families in need within our community this Thanksgiving. That's a fresh turkey, 5 sides, 1 pie & dinner rolls for each family. How wonderful is that?!

Friday night (tomorrow!) is our big Holiday kickoff in Uptown Ankeny and we'd love for you to join us!

Our annual Champagne & Mistletoe event kicks off at 5pm. All of our Holiday Winter Wonderlights will be lit throughout Uptown, all of the stores will be open until 8pm with food & drink samples as well as Holiday sales AND you can enjoy a carriage ride through Uptown with family & friends.
