This AR BRIDAL couple's story has all the feels...we hope you enjoy learning about their love as much as we have!
"Jake and I met in a bar. The last place I ever expected to find the guy I would spend forever with. I was just finishing up my first year of pharmacy school and was dressed up (for what felt like the first time in forever) in a nice dress and sparkly heals for a pharmacy banquet. Since we didn't really go out much and my closest relationship at that point was with my textbooks, my friends and I decided to keep the night going a little longer after the banquet ended. So in what was undoubtedly way too overdressed for a bar attire, we walked into the bar. That is where I noticed that Jake kept looking over at me. I figured he either thought I was cute or thought I was super extra and weird (not necessarily untrue), but either way he was tall with broad shoulders and a shy smile...soooo much better than my textbooks, so I motioned for him to come over. And the rest is history. Later on when I asked him what made him keep looking over he told me "well you were just so damn sparkly it was hard not to look." I guess it pays off sometimes to be overdressed. In the end though I think our love story is defined by the small consistent acts of love and kindness that we show one another and for the balance we bring to each other's lives. Jake brings a little calm to my storm, and I bring a little storm to his calm."
