We are looking for a Secretary /Wedding Coordinator to join our amazing crew at Hall Farms!

Job Duties:
✅ Handle secretary work, including responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
✅ Assist with decor appointments and venue tours.
✅ Prepare the venue weekly for upcoming weddings.
✅ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. (Weekend coordinating).

Run rehearsals and rehearsal dinners.
Coordinate 2-3 weddings per month (bonus pay included!).

What We Offer:

💰 Pay varies with experience.
