With young children, no resources, and very little money, Kim Finnel and her husband Libo, quite frankly took a giant leap with both feet into the world of food, customer service, and catering. While the journey to starting Osorio’s Latin Fusion Events & Catering was scary, difficult, and took up to 80 hours of weekly labor, the end result was well worth the work.
