It is with great heartache that our Mrs. Claus has been caught cheating at the PTI airport with an imposter Santa.

Our Santas have no choice but to file for divorce .

Mrs. Claus, Defendant

Decree of Divorce

WHEREAS, the Plaintiff, Santa Claus, has discovered that the Defendant, Mrs. Claus, has engaged in a relationship with an imposter Santa, hereinafter referred to as “Other Santa,” bringing heartbreak to the North Pole;

AND WHEREAS, this betrayal has resulted in the irretrievable breakdown of their marital union, Santa Claus petitions for a formal dissolution of marriage under the “Naughty List Act of 1823.”

Terms of Agreement:
1. Property Division
• The Plaintiff shall retain full ownership of the sleigh, all magical reindeer, and the workshop.
• The Defendant shall receive a lifetime supply of cookies and eggnog as agreed in the prenuptial “Treaty of Cheer.”
2. Custody
• All elves shall remain under Santa’s employment, with Mrs. Claus retaining visitation rights during off-peak hours.
3. Non-Compete Clause
• Mrs. Claus agrees not to open a competing gift-delivery operation within the North Pole jurisdiction.
4. Final Settlement
• Both parties agree to maintain a united front to preserve the magic of Christmas for children worldwide.

This decree is issued with the understanding that the holiday spirit must prevail despite personal grievances.
