Our meeting planning department has just completed another successful year of incentive travel for small groups across the US and Canada on behalf of one of our valued clients.

This year attendees enjoyed a variety of activities in Banff, Jackson Hole, Miami, Destin, Braselton and Lake Tahoe. From hotel sourcing, to air and ground travel coordination, registration, custom gifting and everything in-between, we are proud to be a part of this program and have the opportunity to spoil guests with true white glove service that Mosaix Group prides itself on.

Last month our DMC team took to Virginia Beach to assist in creating unforgettable moments at STIHL's 50th US Anniversary event!

From interactive activations to eye-catching decor, we created four “worlds” to diversify the attendee experience. Future World, Nature and Sustainability World, Oktoberfest World and STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® World combined a slew of elements and experiences to ensure this was a celebration for the books.

This past weekend, hundreds of people, including Mosaix Group’s own Melissa Murray, attended Asheville's River Arts District RAD Festival.

Despite losing 80% of its artist-owned studios in the hurricane, the streets were full of vendors, entertainers and artists alike, proving the strength and resilience of the AVL community and their dedication to post-Helene recovery.

Mosaix Group's Meeting Planning Department is headed to Chateau Elan next week for an incentive program before they take off to Little Rock, Arkansas the following week to operate their last program of the year!

This was a busy year for Mosaix Group MTG team - they've operated in Greenville, Charleston, Charlotte, Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, Miami, Destin, Banff, Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole and Orlando.

Extraordinary things happen when our Carolina community comes together! An incredible 82,000 fans packed the Bank of America Stadium for the Concert for Carolina on October 26.

In just 24 hours, our amazing community raised over $24.5M for Western North Carolina. Every dollar is going back to our neighbors in need through local organizations including:

- Samaritan's Purse
- MANNA FoodBank
- Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC
- Eblen Charities

This isn't just a one-time effort - these funds will create ongoing support for months and years to come, helping our Western NC communities rebuild and recover.

500+ guests. Two unforgettable nights. One giant custom inflatable.

Our Meeting Planning team recently transformed the JW Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL for a two-night event that was nothing short of spectacular. Night one brought the vibrant energy of Havana to life with a Latino fusion band, artisan Cuban cigar rollers, and custom-designed pillows complementing the themed soft seating. Stunning tropical florals in cigar boxes added the perfect finishing touch.

For Night two, 'The Blackout,' we embraced sleek sophistication - everything in bold black, from the chairs to the glassware - and our 10’ inflatable bulldog friend.

While our Asheville community continues its recovery journey, we're thrilled to share that this beloved landmark is preparing to welcome visitors next month. The historic Biltmore House, stunning conservatory, winery and it’s breathtaking gardens and accommodations weathered the storm remarkably well, with minimal damage across these areas of the 8,000-acre estate.

Demonstrating incredible leadership and community commitment, the Biltmore Estate is supporting our communities rebuild by contributing $2M to local relief efforts. This generous commitment showcases the strength and unity that makes our region so special.
