This unique tasting experience is intended to be of service in a way that feels sacred. I find it most important to perform work that allows me to open up and channel my culinary gift to others. My pursuit of healing and expressing art into something that aligns my spiritual purpose is more meaningful than you’ll ever know. In order for me to be the Omakase chef I was destined to be, I had to match my core values and lifestyle. This was my calling that drew me to experiences that brought me outside of mundane reality. To be tapped in and motivated by something that isn’t materialistic and driven by passion is something I can take with me proudly when this life is over.

Words can’t express how proud I am for these boys. I’m thankful to be apart of this team and be able to make something happen for all the hard working parents who dedicate there time to give these boys a future in football. This program isn’t cheap and comes with tons of travel expenses, fees, media, equipment etc. but coming together with the love we have for these young men, anything is possible!

I honestly thought for a second to cancel this fundraiser due to the rangers parade happening at the same time our fundraiser was, not to mention we only had 2 pre-sales.

Plot twist, the boys hustled and we ended up exceeding our goal over 2K raised 🙏🏽 All glory to the man above and all the parents that blasted this on social media. Not to mention we had a ton of fun cranking these orders out. I truly love what I do, especially when I do it out of love WITH LOVE! 💚🖤💛 so just want to give a special thanks to all the support once again!

To repay these boys and there hardworking coaching staff/volunteers that puts in overtime on top of working a full time job, I'm proud to be able to provide this opportunity to raise money for this organization! 🏈🏈🏆💫

To all catering chefs out there working hard and taking on whatever insane orders to make a living. It’s a shame to say there are going to be evil people out there to try and get you. Please avoid doing transactions with people that request you to send money to other entities or try to pay in multiple different credit cards from different cities, most of all when a client is being pushy like this, it raises a lot of red flags. A bad deal like this would’ve TAINTED our business and everything we worked hard for so beware! Much love to all my business owners out there making a living but the sad reality is people are out to get you.

Is it an amazing feeling that what I make can’t be duplicated? Of course it is. While being hard on myself, constantly learning techniques, accepting constructive criticism, and making mistakes that I learn from, it’s a beautiful journey to say the least. I feel like each hour I’m making a platter is equivalent to painting a canvas and being paid for it. I’m not only providing a service, I’m providing a masterpiece for your birthday, anniversary, Friendsgiving, Christmas party, friend that just gave birth and haven’t had sushi in a while…Whatever the case may be it feels good to be able to contribute to your special day with my special platter.
