Ron and Margie are a sweet couple whose family has a lot of nice things to say about them. We are honored to have been trusted with such a momentous event in their lives.

On the menu was summer chicken salad croissants, Carolina pulled pork barbecue sliders, spicy raspberry and cream cheese dip with gluten-free crackers, and a vegetable and fruit tray.

At Pam’s surprise birthday party there were lots of laughs, happy tears, babies, and most importantly lots of veggies, juicy chicken and steak, and fresh fruit with homemade whip crème!

Beginning of summer lunch to kick off a weeklong revival at Beach Assembly of God. On the menu was a chicken platter and sliced pork loin topped with a balsamic and brown sugar glaze with a side of mac & cheese, roasted potatoes, and green beans. For dessert homemade banana pudding!

We’re grateful the girls from the Rose House were able to help with this event.

It was the Camel Club Cookout! Onsite grilled hamburgers and hotdogs with fresh lettuce and tomatoes along with all your favorite condiments. The girls from the Rose House came to help set up, serve, and clean up.

The Rodeo in Lake Waccamaw is one of the events we cater every Friday. Just like with CRCI Cleaning and Landscaping CRCI Catering & Creations is a trade school. We teach the team by letting them actively apply their knowledge in real-world situations.

Hands-on training for the residents is more likely to build the conviction needed to actually change. Residents can leave CRCI equipped with the tools, techniques and action plans that enable them to apply their skills immediately and successfully back on the job.
