Level 1 VS Level 2

Both are full and add color and whimsy to any event.

Level 1 is the backbone of balloon garlands. This garland is over 10ft long and takes over 100 balloons to build. This ol’ girl will definitely get the job done and will elevate any event.

Level 2 is where the ✨Razzle Dazzle✨ starts. This garland builds off of Level 1 and consists of over 170 balloons. Adding in larger and smaller balloons creates texture and adds fullness to the garland giving a more organic feel and flow.
