I'm constantly thinking about what I can work with to make something fun and new with cake that I haven't tried before. I love to stay ahead on all of the trends happening in the cake design world. My favorite cake projects are weddings, I love to be involved in the whole process of the joining of two lives, and the cakes always tend to be more beautiful, complex, and fulfilling to accomplish. ork in all media relating to cake, but specialize in fondant, modeling chocolate, and sugar flower production.
