When you are meal prepping or cooking for events there are always expenses. These expenses will determine how much I charge for my meals.

1.When I decide how much I charge I look at how much it cost to purchase each item.

2. I group it into the cost to make the dish.

3. I include my labor

This is just a percentage of how caters and meal preps calculate cost. When you are a small business it is a lot. But when you love what you do we understand it is part of the process.
