This charcuterie and cheese in Bourg-en-Bresse, France was absolute perfection! I hadn’t had bresoala in so long and the ham melted in my mouth! The truffled cheese was amazing. 🤤

One of the boards I delivered to a wedding in Monroe this morning! Thinly sliced roast beef, aged Dubliner, prosciutto, salami, smoked gouda, dried apricots and figs, bread and butter pickles, kalamata olives, stone ground dijon, honey herbs de provence goat cheese, four fruits jam, and cashews.

I worked my butt off yesterday (and my husband’s butt) to 160+ people at a wedding down in Macon, Georgia! After we were done setting up, we got to relax with some excellent beers and then go out with friends in town. So it was a very successful weekend! And evidenced by the empty boards after a couple hours, the guests enjoyed my offerings! 🧀 🥩

I often buy the little wedges of discounted cheese at the grocery store as a way to sample cheese I haven't heard of before. This aged mizithra was one such cheese! It's typically used for grating and in desserts, but in America it's exotic, so why not try it in pure form on a cheese board? ;) It's dry, salty and buttery with a taste and texture I've not experienced and find really appealing after the first couple of nibbles. And, ironically, it's from Greece where I will be spending my honeymoon over the summer - bonus!

Chana masala (chickpea curry). What I love about curries is that you can make one using just about any vegetable or bean. Then add roasted tomatoes and like 12 spices for an explosion of flavor 😋

boards from restaurants (like this one) can be really good, but they’re so crazy marked up price-wise! I don’t have much overhead, personally, so that’s how I’m able to charge more reasonable prices. So consider ordering from me and enjoying your and charcuterie at home at a great value. I’ll even deliver so you don’t have to get up from the couch! :p

This is how I package my boards. Crackers in a ziploc bag, aluminum foil, a little handwritten note of instructions, a reusable box from the deliveries I get. I don’t feel the need to use fancy packaging and make stickers because all of those little extras raise prices! The itself is what matters. I use palm leaf plates when real boards are impractical because they are biodegradable and cuter than other disposable plates. You will also get little wooden spoons and bamboo tongs, which also enhance the experience! 💚
