Hats off for this immersive cocktail hour experience for Liesel + Jackson🤌🏻 Drawing on the bride’s country-loving roots we thoughtfully planned this interactive way for each guest to design their own hat for the night.

Ribbons, leather, branding and bourbon were all a part of the round up. Cast iron brands were available to personalize down to each initial or meaningful symbol of choice.

Pair it all with a little live bluegrass, savory starters and a mule-wagon entrance from the most adorable bride and groom….what a way to kick off the party!

When is the last time you stopped to celebrate? To intentionally slow down from the madness of the day to day and soak in time with those you love?

Celebrations are far more than just the pretty + glam. They create moments + memories in time that you can hold on to far longer than most “things”.

In a spectacular mountain milestone birthday for this dear client, he toasted and reminded us all the importance to “make memories”.

Meet the beautiful, wonderful, talented addition to the JPE team….Frannie!

Frannie was born + raised in Madison, WI. She landed in Saint Louis 2 years ago + has loved calling it home ever since. After going to school for philosophy and anthropology, wedding planning was an unexpected but seamless fit- satisfying both a love for logistical thinking and long desire to work in a creative environment.

Day to day she keeps our client contracts, budgets and tasks organized + on schedule. Her attention to detail and passion for each project is unmatched + we are so thrilled to have her on board!

Ilona and Jarot’s colorful, multi-cultural marriage brought two families together in the most beautiful way. They said “I Do” under the iconic Saint Louis Arch, sipped on drinks “His + Her Way” and spoke all the same language on the dance floor. What a vibrant celebration💃🏻🍸Gorka!

Gussie up guys- you matter too! Having a thoughtful approach to wedding day attire is essential, but often can be intimidating. Thankfully we are happily here to assist. We guide our grooms to look and feel their best. See below as we sound off on some standards:

White Tie🤍: The most formal of all dress codes. Tux required. Bow tie required. Either in black or white.

Black Tie🖤: Go formal. Traditional tuxedo but don’t shy away from color! We are seeing many colored tuxedos as options. Bow tie is your best bet.

Cocktail🍸: A jacket is safe but you can ditch the neckwear. Have fun with this one- more flexibility for fun!

🪄From vision to reality

Anne Marie + Jake’s wedding was a fairy-tale of a day in every way. No one deserved it more than these two who graciously navigated multiple covid setbacks in the planning process 💙

As they say good things come to those who wait and boy did it! Blue Herend China served as a strong pull of design inspiration for our tabletop, paper and styling elements. The guest book selected by the couple was a coffee table book of Austrian Shepherds as a nod to their perfect pooch “Obi” 🐾 Guests sipped on his + her margaritas, found their seat with an immersive es**rt board reflective of the grooms love for golf + the scenic setting on a golf course.

A family who grew into an extension of my own, I am so grateful to have designed + planned such a momentous day!

Take me back to this sunny-sweet Fall day for Kathryn + Adam! What a treat to plan and design alongside them and no better place to do it than the beautiful blank canvas that provides.

✨The Details✨

Clean and classic, yet unique to them as a couple, we designed around their shared love for the outdoors and nature by working with elevated earth-tones.

Kathryn’s father, turned wedding officiant, graced the ceremony with words that moved everyone.

The ceremony was followed by a deliciously perfect autumn inspired menu put forth by .

The couple along with their closest crew danced the night away to bluegrass, brews and bliss!

It was truly one day that I’ll never forget. Cheers Kathryn + Adam, we love you! 🥂

Thankful for these people I adore! Grateful to all who have supported, trusted and encouraged this leap into starting JPE✨ It has been one of the hardest most rewarding
chapters for me and we are just getting started!👏🏼👏🏼

My heart is truly at its happiest when with my family and working with other families to create celebrations that will mark memories forever. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly. With the conclusion of each event my appreciation grows deeper and I pinch myself a little harder to do this for a living. 🧡🙏🏻

Did I know from an early age I wanted to be a planner? Nope! That came in time. What I did know was my heart felt the happiest when I was celebrating.
