Celebrating a very successful one month of Simply Posh Events!! Within a month of launching, we have booked 6 clients and are in full swing planning mode for all our 2022 couples! I want to thank all my amazing clients who have put their faith in Simply Posh to execute their dream weddings.
I figured it was time to do a little intro of myself to put a face behind this company. I’m Sushma, the owner of Simply Posh Events. I have always had an obsession for executing timeless events. I was the girl who decorated the house for parties or loved having friends over just so I could curate a memorable evening. I never realized how paying attention to the smallest of details was second nature to me until I became a bride myself and started putting together the details of my own wedding. That’s when I realized that I LOVE weddings.
I am happily married to my college sweetheart - my husband and I have been together for 7 years and live in Roswell, GA but are still a 25 minute drive to ATL, where we love spending our downtime trying new restaurants. In my free time, you can find me with Dunkin Donuts in hand (I hate Starbucks), while I browse the aisles of HomeGoods. I have a 1 year old Siberian Husky puppy, who owns my entire heart, and I take him on walks anytime I need a few minutes away from my laptop. I have amazing immigrant parents and a little sister who is 7 years younger than me, which explains why I developed a do-it-all-myself mentality.
I have bachelors degrees in Marketing, Risk Management, and Insurance but have been a tech consultant for the last 3 years and am now pursuing my wedding planning dreams!
3 facts about me:
* The way to my heart is pesto pasta with fresh garlic and roasted pine nuts paired with a glass of bold cab.
* I am terrified of balloons to the point where being near them can make me cry.
* I sing/hum all the time…while driving, cooking, cleaning, working….all the time.
