What a week! Thank you . It was an honor to participate in the inaugural Atlanta show.
We selected Carmen de Lavallade as our inspiration, allowing us to express an organic artistic vision.
We deeply enjoyed bringing the 1960's black and white image of Ms. de Lavallade titled "Rooted in the Blues" to life in color. The mannequin featured Agonis, varied orchid varieties, black calla lilies, status and fuchsia roses.

Ahhh these beauties never disappoint. 😍. Resilient, strong and beautiful 💪🏾 orchids. Had a client mention that they tossed their orchid plant after it dropped it’s blooms and did not reproduce. Well, that sweet orchid was just sleeping until the conditions improved. With good light, care and nutrients, they will bloom again. And again. And again. Patience and good care, it will bloom again. Even after an extended dormancy period, it can bloom again. 😉
THIS IS WHY I LOVE THIS FLOWER BUSINESS!! These flowers speak to me. My clients’ curiosity reminds me why we are still here, 18 years later. There is such beauty and so many lessons in even the questions.
