The Art of Collaboration

Earlier this spring I had the pleasure of sharing Korean themed cocktails with a fun group of mixologists at

I taught the group my riff on a traditional Korean cocktail, I named “Spirit and Seoul” and of taught the class how to create this beautiful fortune cookie garnish. They paired perfectly!

The garnish elevated the cocktail to the next level! 😍
This was one of my favorite collaborations 🙌🏾 thank you .fare for always bringing great people together.

Spirit and Seoul
1.5 lychee soju
2oz yakult (Korean yogurt drink)75oz vodka 5oz lemon 5oz grapefruit cordial
Top with grapefruit sparkling beverage

Combine lychee soju, vodka, lemon juice and grapefruit cordial in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over ice in a Collins glass. Add yakult and top with grapefruit sparking beverage.

On a rainy Sunday afternoon we nervously prepared for our Annual Spring Cocktail Class. We were nervous because this was an outdoor event and April showers would not let us be great 🌧️😫

As a collective .co the team and myself decided to push through anyways. We kept our energy positive and said many prayers for the rain to clear. It did not look like it would clear. The clouds were gray and low, but we just knew something magical was on the other side.

Right before our guests arrived, the rain stopped. We enjoyed delicious lite bites from .co ,our first round of soul-crafted cocktails, and vibey tunes from record collection. This short happy hour allowed for the outdoor workspace to dry a bit. It was perfect!

As we journeyed to the backyard where the beautiful workspace was set ( ), the sun began to break ☀️It was as if the sun was waiting on us to arrive.

Together we transformed the backyard into a beautiful oasis. I lead the intimate group through two beautiful spring cocktails. We we laughed, we connected, we sunbathed, we vibed!

One of my proudest moments was introducing the ocho infused tamarind strawberry sorbet I worked so hard on. It was the cherry on top for sure! Literally blew their minds 🤯 blew mine too 😂
