🎊 ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT!

As always, our hotel, the Hyatt Regency Perimeter at Villa Christina, has now sold out of rooms. However you still have options:

1. You can attend the party with or without a room. Just pay cash at the door.

2. Keep checking the booking link : https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/ATLHS/G-SNYE

Cancelled rooms will be added back into inventory, so you may be able to grab one, especially within 48 hours prior to the event.

3. You can call the hotel directly at (678) 539-1234. However DO NOT let them transfer you to their international reservations (This is standard procedure). If you talk to someone locally, on-site at the hotel, they may be able to help you.

4. If you are coming from out of town and absolutely need a hotel, there are many nice hotels in the Atlanta Perimeter Mall area, only a short Uber drive away.

In addition to being (by far) the largest swingers group in Atlanta for the last two decades, we will have several other fun and awesome groups joining us for our New Years takeover at the Hyatt Regency, including the Velvet Heaven, Cu***ng Soon Bus, One Love Sëx Store and Oreo Doublestuff folks. Be sure to stop by their reception/play suites during the event and check them out.

We will have many other rooms/suites available for different kinds of play including:

Large equipped dungeon on main floor.

Numerous couples-only play rooms.

🔱How to Make a Party Flyer 101:

1. Keep the art work 🎨 simple. Too much or too many graphic components makes the human eyes wander off topic. Keep the details focused and to the point.
2. Use music to market very sparsely. Choose music 🎵 carefully. Music can be distracting. If the music isn't general enough (cross-over), it could discourage certain people from wanting to attend. It also sets the tone of WHO and what age range you are targeting. (ie, trap music, old school hip hop, jazz, rap, etc.)
3. Always put and make the contact 📲 information clear & visible: Links, names, phone number, and emails.
4. Always put the location 🗺️. Even if it's just the City and State.
5. Take into consideration PwD ♿. Some colors and fonts can make it hard for them to read the information and instructions. Some people use screen readers, if the wording is too disportion, they can't read it.
6. Give simple instructions, ✍🏾 if there are any (ie, go to this website or page, etc.)
7. Use copyright © free or paid images only. If you put someone's image on a flyer and they didn't approve it, they can sue you.
8. Try not to use people's image that will not be at your event. That's bait n switch and it's unlawful. It should be clear this is a promotional image and not someone people will think are attending.
9. Videos cannot be downloaded easily. Always have a static flyer also! People can download a photo flyer to their phone easier than a video. People will keep a flyer faster than a video to keep the event information retained or to share with others 👉🏾👈🏾
