We really enjoyed crafting breakfast, lunch, snacks, and all day beverage service menus for CASIE: Center for the Advancement and Study of International Education’s 3-day workshop for teachers in the international baccalaureate program. Attendees come from all over the world! Thank you for the kind words 💛

A few menu highlights: Chicken & Waffles, Grits Bar, BBQ Sandwich platters, & Peach Crisp

🍴Grits Bar (Anson mills heirloom grits simmered in southern swiss dairy cream) w. brown sugar, chopped scallions, grated cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes�
