Chef Jade is dedicated to learning all she needs to know about food and wine. She has traveled the world expanding her awareness and sensitivity of an assortment of cultures and eatery. Sampling and experimenting with different spices, while traveling, has granted her the opportunity to enlarge her own unique palate for preparing food. Now, she shares her gift for measuring multiple mixes of spices on to her clients to give them a wonderful experience of dining at its finest savor.
