Our Story

Event Management for Corporate Events, Conferences and Meetings

Vanessa started her journey to becoming an event professional in 2003 working at Magic Moments, Inc (now A Divine Events) part-time. While working part-time she was a full-time student at the University of West Georgia where she obtained a B.A. in Mass Communications. Her husband was in the Army, so naturally she bounced around from Atlanta, GA to Louisville, KY to Charlotte, NC, but finally landed back in Atlanta. When Vanessa settled into her new home she decided to start back at square one as an events intern with the Latin American Association. That opportunity opened a door to 200 Peachtree Special Events, where she worked her way to become the Senior Event Planner over the course of 3 years. On the heels of 200 Peachtree, she pursued another opportunity to work as a Senior Manager of Special Events for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta; which allowed her to increase knowledge of the industry and build relationships. She continued to work at the Boys & Girls Club for nearly 5 years, and realized she wanted and needed to share her passion for people and events.

So, here she is building a new vision in familiar territory continuing to share her knowledge and passion for this great industry we call – hospitality!
