Yesterday caught me by surprise... I received a call for my catering business.. Instantly I thought yaasss another paying event but it was this elder lady saying she had been going down the Google list to catering companies asking if they could please help her and her 3 grandbabies with some dinner for last night because she didn't have any money. My heart instantly stopped. I asked her what they wanted? She said they love pasta and Alfredo sauce and ground beef. I was like eww lol. So she asked me if I could make ground beef pasta with Alfredo and lots of cheese (weird combination) but that's what they wanted. So, out of the blue I put on my chef hat and whipped up their dinner as if they were a paying client. The amazing part about this. I had all the ingredients already. I had placed a delivery for items I needed for my event today and the delivery driver accidentally gave me a pack of ground beef that I didn't have to pay for (Look at God). I know this is my business and God knows I need every paying client I can get but, when God tells you to move... You move!!! She was sooo happy to receive the food. I personally drove it to her 25mins away to deliver it and the charge for it was her thanks. It felt so good and I loved it...
