What is the difference between a day-of coordinator & a full service wedding planner?
Another clip from the Q&A portion at the @nace_philly interactive wedding a couple months ago answering the question.
When I say I dont believe in a “day of coordinator” its because you can never truly just be there on the day of and manage all of thw details flawlessly. It’s really a question of wedding management.
And as any project manager would, you need to touch base, check in several times with your team to make sure everyone is on the same page, that the timeline is in order, all questions are answered & everyone is prepared ahead of the big day.
This is a months/weeks long process, not just one day. So while its commonly discussed as a “day of coordinator” I prefer to think about it as wedding management, which is a service I offer to couples!
A full service wedding planner can do all of the above, as well as help you early on to work on the budget, choosing the right event partners from venue to lighting to transportation and stationary.
We help you bring your vision to life and work with you to create a concept that feels true to you & that all will enjoy on your wedding.

I love the idea of incorporating fun trends and new ideas into wedding design. And there is definitely a way of incorporating fresh concepts while keeping it elegant + not over doing it.
Keeping the same playful energy, some vintage inspired details, and tying in everything in the right color palette is enough to get the right ✨vibe✨

• silver collection: design + wedding day management
• wedding planning & design
• full weekend collection: includes all of the above plus a few added features — the package quote is based on a percentage of the overall budget or a minimum fee
• destination weddings: you can apply any of our services to any destination + a custom quote will be created based on your needs & location ☀️
The ivory collection starts at $3,150 and while I know this answer isn’t a one size fits all for everyone it’s what works for us!

We worked as the day-of coordinators with Liza & Colin; and while most people think day-of coordinators are the same as a “venue coordinator” or the “wedding planner that comes with the venue” I can assure you, they are very different!

The main difference is a venue coordinator works for and represents the interests of the venue, and we work for YOU. 🤍
