We are hiring a Part Time Event Assistant Intern.

The Event Assistant will:

Research event venues, schedule site visits, conduct and organize data, create Eventbrite event pages, event contracts, and invoices, assist with planning events and be present for in-person and virtual events.

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Compensation: unpaid but willing to cover gas or public transportation costs, event admission, and food for company-sponsored events and/or meetups.

College credit is available for students. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience as an event planner from conception to completion and potentially grow with us as an agency.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the CEO. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.



Responsibilities

Calendar management for the CEO and booking appointments/travel arrangements
Aid the CEO in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the CEO
Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the CEO
Coordinate with special guests for weekly Instagram live stream
Act as point of contact for speaking inquiries and light CRM tasks

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workplace, Asana and Canva
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Compensation: unpaid but willing to cover gas or public transportation costs, event admission, and food for company-sponsored events. College credit is available for students. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience as an administrative professional and potentially grow with us as an agency.
