For 6 years, we’ve used the same program to create our event timelines, floor plans and manage RSVP’s. Unfortunatley, we’ve encountered too many issues within the past year that have made it extremely difficult for our Glam Fam to navigate the system. All the bugs and errors within the system have completely wasted, at times, HOURS of our day on the phone with tech support. (Incognito mode has been used waayyyy too much in 2013!)

So, we did our homework and have crossed over into the only technology that allows us to create event timelines with as much flexibility as needed. We love the customization and have officially become certified with Timeline Genius!

If you thought we were detailed before, just WAIT until you see transition times, mileage info and so much more on our new advanced event timelines!

Yep, this is the excitement entrepreneurs have when we learn of anything that will make our lives easier and aid in our Glam Fam having a .

DEAR INVITED GUESTS,

We ask that you honor and respect the wishes of your family and friends. RSVP BY OR PREFERABLY BEFORE THE RSVP DEADLINE - (every single event has one)!

Your family and friends spend 💰$$$💰 based on the guest count and they pay for you to celebrate with them - typically free of charge for you‼️ (We don’t include gas & attire because most adults understand there is a cost to anything they would like to do!)

If you choose NOT to RSVP and “show up”, you may not have a seat nor a plate. Don’t be shocked when you’re not listed on the Table Seating chart or the Coordinator asks you to wait in the back to assess the situation.

If you choose to RSVP and do not attend, you are now indebted to your family member and/or friend anywhere between $65 - $350‼️

Why you ask? The table you are sitting at ✅- they paid for it! The chair you’re sitting in ✅ - they paid for it! The plate, utensils, napkins and of course food and beverage you utilize and digest during the event✅, THEY PAID FOR IT!!

Guess what?? They will NOT receive a refund from any event professional because you did not think enough of them to rescind your RSVP.

Ohhh, and guest what??? IF they are over their numbers and the Coordinator has to throw away Plan A and B to implement Plan C to make room for you to have a seat at the table, to eat and enjoy the festivities of the event that you couldn’t take a moment to submit and RSVP for, guess what could happen?

THEY COULD RECEIVE A BILL BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO “BUSY” to mail a RSVP, click a link or make a phone call‼️👀

Let’s DO and BE better as guests to our family and friends!

(Every “emergency” 👀 is NOT an emergency!)

Won’t have our Glam Fam eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches after the event because they paid for ADULTS that were too “busy” to follow simple directions!

Whew! As I sit here with so much gratitude in my heart and tears of joy rolling down my cheek, my heart is so full❤️❤️❤️

MY DADDY Vernon Smith isn’t just a blessing, he’s a Peaceful man who won’t hesitate to to go to war for his family‼️ He never knew what it was like to grow up with a Father but by golly he’s living proof that all you have to do is SEEK and ye shall find!

Daddy, you’ve taught me sooooo many lessons over the years and you’ve always been able to get me to understand even some of the toughest lessons! God have you to me and I’m beyond grateful!!!

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to the man who always has my back, has always given me anecdotal words of wisdom, NEVER judged me and encourages me to take the path less travel! Thanks for being my warrior Daddy! Love you to life‼️

Wow, it’s been almost 10 years married and 14 years together. We’ve gone through the storms, tornadoes and even a few earthquakes, but I’m committed to our marriage even more than I was when we said, “I Do!” In 2011! 🥂 to all the couples who are still learning each other and growing together! I used to think putting myself first was selfish but lately, I’ve learned that SELF CARE is NOT only necessary but it’s not at all selfish!
