Artist highlight! I am so proud of my friend Mary Lynn who has been working doing face painting for me since she was officially an adult. I’ve known her since she was nine years old when I bought an amazing drawing from her at a festival. It’s been incredible to watch her journey into becoming an artist and see her skills improve so rapidly over the years. You could say the roles are reversed and now I’m learning from her! If you know this lovely lady and her work, please give her a shout out here to show her how much she is appreciated. She’s my number one at festivals! Thank you for all you do Mary Lynn! So grateful to have you in my life as a friend and fellow artist.

"I began doing henna in 1997, and soon after, was doing it full time on Jackson Square in New Orleans. I therefore have one of the longest standing henna careers. When i began, there was no one to teach you- i had to teach myself.
It became my most beloved art form and the one that i can carry all over the world easily, to share and make an income with.

We are super excited to be celebrating our 18th year doing Henna and Face painting for Atlanta‘s most iconic festival.

And …. It is the 50th anniversary of the Seed & Feed Marching Abominable marching band so this year’s parade should be epic!

During covid my web host went out of business and I almost lost my website due to an incompetent web designer. I lost so many images but thankfully a very talented web person was able to restore it almost to the old site, adding many of the images that were lost. This is 25 years of work as a costume and body artist. I hope you enjoy what you see!
