Phoenix Live Entertainment was itself was established in 2018, but its history began over almost 19 years. Doug Sheets established DJ Rock Entertainment in 2001. DJ Rock Entertainment did very well until they began offering more services. In 2003, D.R.E. Promotions was established and was poised to quickly become a premium brand within the local Atlanta community. D.R.E. Promotions ran its course for OVER 13 years until it became apparent that a change was needed to represent the newer and innovative direction that Doug Sheets was taking his career. This new company, like D.R.E. Promotions, quickly established itself as a premium force to be reckoned with. As with all things, and lessons learned, Doug Sheets pivoted and changed directions. Inspired by fellow mentors in the industry, new technologies, and new opportunities, Doug Sheets again became the “Idea Guy” the true innovator that he is, and with the absolute best team in the business, Phoenix Live Entertainment was born. After almost a year in business, Phoenix, like the other incarnations of his career, went off like a rocket ship. Phoenix Live entertainment is built around the idea that the client truly deserves more. In that effort, Doug Sheets began to build a team outside of just the DJ business. This team was made up of some of the absolute best companies and individuals in the event industry. So now, in 2019, Phoenix Live Entertainment is not just a DJ company. We are truly a one stop shop. We now offer all services for any event, corporate or private events.
